Responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of Strato Communications and website StratoGov.com (a CA registered SB/DVBE # 1790894 & CVE SDVOSB), Pete brings more than 14 years of Telecom/IP, network implementation and management expertise with clients ranging from Fortune 1000, ISPs, businesses serving Government and Public Policy Goal Attainment procurement professionals.
Pete aligns StratoGov.com with A-team Performance based Manufactures, Distributors, Software Providers & Technology Professionals to define consistent solutions, service offerings and customer service metrics to best serve Strato’s clients: Industry channel managers, Subject Matter Experts and Product Marketing.
Prior to founding Strato and Strato’s Public Sector Centric website: StratoGov.com - Pete served Enterprise clients with a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier and began his Telecom career with SBC/ATT: the largest U.S. based LEC. Holding various sales, data, management and consulting positions, Pete was one of a small handful of ISP Technical Consultants in a company of over 160,000 employees that consulted, designed, and oversaw hundreds of MPLS/IP and Metro networks enabling ISP’s to deploy their own private infrastructure.
Widely recognized for his integrity, passion for technology and ability to create customer solutions, Mr. Carruth previously spent eight years in the Construction Management profession, holds several technical certifications, earned multiple performance awards, and holds a CA EIT license. A Cal Poly Pomona graduate with a B.S. in Engineering, Pete is a USAF veteran serving as a B-52 air-crew member.
