Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors prefered, or AA degree or equivalent combination of education, experience performing Operations/Procurment,  Vendor oversight and Supervisory roles
• Demostrated and effective Team lead 
• Three or more years of experience in Procurement / Operations responsibilities 
• Sound work/career history
• Strong Problem - Solving, Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Highly focused on the customer and vendor relationship
• Proven strong vendor negotiation and motivational skill sets
• Working knowledge CRM and Vendor Managment tools
• Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, O365 Collaborative Tools
